El widget de mensajes recibidos necesita acceder al estado del teléfono porque tiene que saber cuándo llega una llamada perdida, y también necesita acceder a la guía de contactos para poder mostrar el nombre de las personas cuando hay una llamada perdida, un SMS u otro tipo de mensaje entrante. Declaro que no se realiza ninguna acción adicional con los datos del usuario, y que tampoco se envían a ningún lugar ni tengo acceso a ellos en ningún momento como fabricante de la aplicación. Solamente se utilizan dichos datos con los fines aquí descritos.

Messages widget needs to access phone state because it needs to know when a missed call comes up, and it also needs to access contacts guide for being able to show the person's name when there is a missed call, an SMS message or any other kind of incoming message. I state that there is not any additional action taken involving user data, and that they are not sent to any place neither I have access to them at any time as the application manufacturer. These data are only used with the aims described here.
